Doug Ballenger – Board Member

Doug Ballenger is a Human Resource Management professional, Executive and Leadership Coach, with extensive experience across a wide variety of industries, including manufacturing, mining, retail, communications, utilities, service and fast-moving consumer goods.

This has been with blue-chip national and multi-nationals (including US and U.K. based) as HR Director and includes involvement in a number of mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures. The emphasis has been on strategic Human Resource Management planning and implementation into practical organisational needs and providing counsel to CEO’s and Executive Managers.

He has a successful track record in recruiting and developing high-calibre people and introducing performance management and learning and development processes to ensure the availability of a capable and committed human resource.

Since 2006, Doug has managed his own HR Management and Executive Coaching consultancy, focussing on strategic HR management and leadership and performance coaching.

Doug is a results-driven, professional Coach and HR/IR consultant, with a strong background of service success in competitive, customer driven industries.

Doug is also a devoted family man with two daughters and three sons.
