Urban Maintenance Systems is committed to the ongoing training and development of our people. We recognise that employee skill and knowledge currency is paramount to our continued success.

Training and development is facilitated through a blended learning approach using the UMS eLearning Centre, external providers, in house face to face programs, or On The Job coaching or mentoring.

Structured Training and Development covers Safety, Technical and Compliance, Management and Leadership Development.
