Andee is the Principal and CEO of One Sherpa Pty Ltd, a management services organisation focusing on Business Owners, CEO’s and the management teams of SME businesses.

Andee has been described as a person who can ‘paint pictures with numbers’ which comes through in his relaxed yet engaging presentation style.

His business experience has spanned running businesses in different countries, cultures and industries and consulting to many business owners and managers. His wide experience as a CEO and CFO give his presentations a rich mix of real life examples combined with a unique way of empowering people to understand how a business is really performing

He can pinpoint issues quickly by using the ‘numbers of a business’ to tell a story of the underlying health and performance of that business. He assists managers and business owners to convert their hard work into results that give them better satisfaction for their efforts.
