Urban Maintenance Systems is a leading provider of Facilities & Infrastructure maintenance services to Government and Private sector organisations throughout Australia.

We offer a comprehensive range of services including maintenance services delivered through three Business Units: UMS Facility Services, UMS Infrastructure Services & UMS Petroleum Services, each specifically tailored to meet the unique customer needs of each market.

We place great value and importance in fostering excellent working relationships with our clients, and are a leading advocate and contributor to partnering and alliance relationships recognising that a contract and specification on its own is not enough to deliver true results.

As part of our commitment to the delivery of quality service, Urban Maintenance Systems can respond to stringent standards, having Quality accreditation to ISO 9001 (incorporating design), Health and Safety accreditation to AS/NZS 4801, Environmental accreditation to AS/NZS 14001, and is a Registered Building & Electrical practitioner. These qualifications and their implementation into our customer programs support our ambition of reducing client risk and maintaining a continually improving working environment.
