David Probert B.Bus, MBA, MAICD, CA : Chief Financial Officer

David Probert joined UMS as Chief Financial Officer in October 2008. David is a chartered accountant with senior finance and general management experience across several industries, both in Australia and overseas. The experience included working for KPMG and Pitcher Partners and senior finance management experience in US headquartered firms including Cardinal Health, International Paper and Kodak Polychrome Graphics (KPG), which included the role of Finance Director for the Asia Pacific region based in Singapore, as well as CFO roles for Australian based organisations HRL Group and Bendigo Health Care Group.

David holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from RMIT and is a member of the valuations and corporate finance special groups of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (MAICD).
