Campbell is part of the company’s management team and specifically works in the areas of Business Development and customer relationship management. Campbell is Executive Chairman of the UMS Board and also Executive Chairman of Ultum Pty Ltd which specialises in the provision of building condition and compliance to property and facilities managers and building owners.
Patrick J. Flannigan – Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer
Patrick J. Flannigan has more than 30 years’ commercial management experience in the Infrastructure and Industrial Services sectors. He has emerged as a leading corporate executive with a reputation for integrity, sound strategic vision and a demonstrable focus on outcomes. Patrick has a Business Degree from Victoria University, is a Fellow of The Australian Institute of Management and a Fellow of The Australian Institute of Company Directors. He currently holds Board Directorships with Melbourne Olympic Park Trust, the National Broadband Network (“nbnTM”), where he serves on the Audit and Remuneration Committees and Western Chances, a charitable organisation supporting youth in Melbourne’s western suburbs (where he Chairs the Finance Committee and is Honorary Treasurer).

Mike Hoy – Executive Manager – Grounds & Open Spaces
With a diverse background in the management of local government parks and infrastructure services in both WA and Victoria, Mike joined UMS in 2006. Mike has held a number of senior management positions across a broad range of service areas including open space management, recreation facilities, building maintenance, civil infrastructure, and waste management. Mike has a Degree in Applied Science (Biology) and an Associate Diploma in Park Management (Recreation).
Russell Worth – Executive Manager – Building Services / UMS Advantage (acting)
Russell is a qualified Marine Engineer with a degree in business from RMIT university and has an extensive background in the construction and maintenance industry. Russell brings a great deal of technical knowledge to his role and has combined these attributes with his business degree. Russell was integral in the creation of the groups latest subsidiary UMS Advantage.
Tim Killworth – Executive Manager – Graffiti Management
Tim is UMS’ leading expert in Graffiti Management. He commenced his position at UMS as a Graffiti Contract Manager in 2008 and has developed substantial experience in this field. He currently manages numerous mobile crews of Graffiti removalists who specialise in the removal of graffiti for a multitude of clients, the largest being Metro Trains Melbourne, where the business maintains the station assets. Tim has considerable experience working with Local Government and private clients.
John Morris – Executive Manager Human Resources and SEQ
John is an accomplished senior executive people practitioner with extensive experience and knowledge of HR strategy, organisational design, industrial relations, EA negotiations, project management, talent acquisition, succession planning & talent management, change management and people management gained within the infrastructure, information logistics, hospitality, transport and utilities sectors and complex matrix corporate environments.
Borzou Shahsavand – Executive Manager – Buildings and Ultum
Borz joined UMS in 2015 having held executive positions within leading design, construction and facility management companies across Australia.
Seeking to continuously improve, Borz has made it his mission to continuously educate himself, clients and staff. With numerous post graduate qualifications in engineering and sustainable business management, he challenges the status quo to improve asset management practices.
Borz’s passion is to constantly improve on the total cost of ownership and facilitate a broader view of maintenance practices that cover utilities and risk of operations. As a subject matter expert in sustainable asset management practices he contributes to the Industry Advisory Group of the Green Building Council of Australia and the Environmentally Sustainable Design Special Technical Group of AIRAH.
As the Executive Manager of Buildings at UMS, Borz is responsible for overseeing the strategy and implementation of UMS’ unique asset management approach, which focus on continuous improvement, ensuring compliance and innovation in the management of facilities across Australia and New Zealand.
