the foundation of the risk mitigation strategy.
Urban Maintenance Systems deploys a web based sub-contractor management process
to support our commercial & operational risk management programme. Commercial risk
management is achieved by ensuring all sub-contractors have adequate and current
insurance cover. Operational risk management is achieved by ensuring that all contractors
meet the defined UMS OHSE requirements.
