Stuart Torpy - General Manager - Facilities Services

Stuart has an extensive background in the provision of building and civil infrastructure construction and maintenance services in businesses from 10 to 340 staff with annual revenues from $3M to more than $90M. Starting in project management and operations engineering roles in Sydney Stuart progressed through regional business management in country NSW through to state, business and national general management and executive roles based in Sydney, Perth and Melbourne.

A very strong focus on people has been a hallmark of Stuart’s achievements in leading, developing and supporting strong, dynamic teams through which customer’s needs are identified, delivered and maintained.

Stuart has a very down to earth, approachable and balanced approach to relationships based on mutual respect, trust and co-commitment.

His drive to find better ways to deliver benefits for all stakeholders has led him to develop innovative and first of kind service delivery models jointly with customers.

Whilst his passion for professional success consumes most of his time Stuart’s down time is spent reading, following world motorsport or building / enjoying his wine collection.
