Campbell Walker – Executive Chairman
Campbell works with the company’s management team in the areas of Business Development and customer relationship management. He is actively involved with community-based activities such as Chair of the Melbourne Day Committee, helping to celebrate our city’s history and Chair of St Vincent’s Hospitals’ O’Brien Foundation. He also holds directorships on the Australian Road Safety Foundation and Facilities Management Australia (FMA).
Campbell is also Executive Chairman of Ultum Pty Ltd. Ultum is a business specialising in the provision of building condition, compliance and NABERS rating services to property managers, facilities managers and building owners. Ultum’s capabilities complement UMS’ service offering, assisting our customer’s building assets in compliance, auditing and life cycle decisions, as well as new environmental requirements such as NABERS Ratings.
PATRICK J. FLANNIGAN- Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer
Patrick J. Flannigan has more than 30 years’ commercial management experience in the Infrastructure and Industrial Services sectors. He has emerged as a leading corporate executive with a reputation for integrity, sound strategic vision and a demonstrable focus on outcomes. Patrick has a Business Degree from Victoria University, is a Fellow of The Australian Institute of Management and a Fellow of The Australian Institute of Company Directors. He currently holds Board Directorships with Melbourne Olympic Park Trust, the National Broadband Network (“nbnTM”), where he serves on the Audit and Remuneration Committees and Western Chances, a charitable organisation supporting youth in Melbourne’s western suburbs (where he Chairs the Finance Committee and is Honorary Treasurer).

Doug Ballenger – Advisory Board Member
Doug is a Human Resource Management professional, Executive and Leadership Coach, with extensive experience across a wide variety of industries, including manufacturing, mining, retail, communications, utilities, service and fast-moving consumer goods. He has a successful track record in recruiting and developing high-calibre people and introducing performance management and learning and development processes to ensure the availability of a capable and committed human resource.
Peter Weston – Advisory Board Member
Peter Weston is an experienced company director and a lawyer by trade, but spent most of his executive career with the Royal Dutch Shell Group of Companies, both in Australia and internationally. Peter had various senior legal and commercial management roles with the Shell Group. He is a former director of the Fulton Hogan Group and is currently a director of WAMA Foundation Ltd.
Michel Masson – Advisory Board Member
Michel Masson was the CEO at Yarra Trams for 4 years. He brings a good understanding of dealing with State and Local Governments across Australia and has over 20 years of experience in Logistics, Shipping, Infrastructure and Public Transport, having held senior roles in Finance, Operations and General Management in various countries.
